Shipping Policy
At Bharat Expressions, we aim to make your shopping experience easy and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know:
Order Processing & Dispatch
- We process and ship your order within a maximum of 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines
- We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days using trusted courier partners.
- Delays can sometimes happen due to festivals, weather, or courier issues, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are included in the product cost.
- Express Shipping: Reach out via WhatsApp for rates based on your order.
Partial COD Option
- Pay a small advance of ₹100 at checkout.
- The remaining amount is due in cash when the order arrives at your doorstep.
- COD is available for select pin codes. If COD isn’t available in your location, we recommend placing a prepaid order.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
- If you don’t receive tracking details within 2 days, just contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Cancellation & Refusal
- Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel before your order is shipped, the ₹100 advance will be refunded.
- Refusal or Cancellation After Dispatch: If the order is refused at delivery or canceled after dispatch, the ₹100 advance is non-refundable as it helps cover processing and shipping costs.
What if an Order Can’t Be Delivered?
- If your order is lost or misplaced during transit, we’ll either replace it.
- If the delivery fails due to multiple attempts or refusal, we may limit COD access for future orders.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
