Exchanges Made Easy

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size, style, or color:

1. Reach Out: Simply contact us via the WhatsApp icon on our website.
2. Choose Your Exchange: We’ll be happy to help you:
   • Exchange your product for a different size, style, or color from our collection.
   • Or receive store credit to pick out something else.

We’ll handle everything, and if there’s a price difference, we’ll guide you on how to settle it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong product:

• Contact Us within 48 hours via WhatsApp, and we’ll take immediate action to get you a replacement or exchange.

Return/Exchange Window

• You have 7 days from receiving your order to request an exchange or size change.
• We’re happy to offer two exchanges on us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, you can exchange your product for a different size, style, or color—no extra shipping cost for the first two exchanges. We’ve got you covered!
